Auto-Confirm does the work for you. When a reservation comes in from the booking form, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or Gmail, Reservation.Tools checks availability, finds the first free table that fits the party, assigns it, and marks the booking as confirmed — in seconds.
When paired with the Availability Checker, the form only offers slots where a table actually exists, so nothing overbooks. When Availability Checker is off and you use a waitlist, Auto-Confirm pushes the booking to the waitlist and still shows the guest a confirmation — you keep control.
Turn it on per integration: website form, Reserve with Google, Gmail channels. Turn it off for channels where you want a human to eyeball every booking.

Open an integration
In the admin, open the booking channel you want to automate — embedded form, Reserve with Google, Gmail.

Turn on Auto Confirm
Enable the Auto Confirm checkbox in Reservation Settings.

Pair it with Availability Checker
Enable Availability Checker so the form only shows slots with real free tables.

Reservation arrives
A guest submits through any enabled channel. The system finds the first free table that fits the party.

Confirmed in seconds
Table assigned, status set to Confirmed, guest sees it live. Staff see it in the floor plan.
