Auto-Confirm Reservations

Guests expect instant confirmation. If they book through your website and sit in "pending" for twenty minutes, they book somewhere else. But staff can't keep up with manual approvals during rush hour.

Auto-Confirm does the work for you. When a reservation comes in from the booking form, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or Gmail, Reservation.Tools checks availability, finds the first free table that fits the party, assigns it, and marks the booking as confirmed — in seconds.

When paired with the Availability Checker, the form only offers slots where a table actually exists, so nothing overbooks. When Availability Checker is off and you use a waitlist, Auto-Confirm pushes the booking to the waitlist and still shows the guest a confirmation — you keep control.

Turn it on per integration: website form, Reserve with Google, Gmail channels. Turn it off for channels where you want a human to eyeball every booking.
