Barsy POS Integration
Your POS and your floor plan, finally in sync.
Reservation.Tools connects directly to Barsy POS so that what happens on the POS is reflected on your floor plan in real time. When a waiter opens a bill on a table, the table is marked as seated. When the bill is closed, the reservation is closed and the table is freed — without anyone touching Reservation.Tools.
This removes the biggest source of floor-plan drift: tables that look free on the screen but are actually occupied, or tables that look busy long after guests have paid and left. The host sees the real state of the room and can seat walk-ins with confidence.
The integration is configured once per venue in the admin panel. You provide the Barsy domain, user, password, and Provider ID, then decide which of the three sync behaviours you want on: walk-in sync, seat-on-order, and close-on-bill-close. Barsy pushes events to Reservation.Tools through webhooks, so there is no polling lag.

How it works

Install the integration
In the admin panel, open the venue's Integrations section and install Barsy. Enter the Barsy domain, user, password, and Provider ID.

Pick the sync behaviours
Turn on walk-in sync to create walk-ins from new bills. Turn on seat-on-order to mark tables seated when a bill opens. Turn on close-on-bill-close to free the table when the bill is closed.

Activate the webhook
Activating the integration subscribes Reservation.Tools to Barsy account events. Barsy pushes changes in real time — no polling.

Work normally
Your staff keep using Barsy the way they always do. The floor plan updates itself from bill events in the background.
