Booking Form Theming & Brand Styling
A booking form that doesn't match the restaurant's brand breaks the experience. The guest lands on a website styled in deep reds and black, and the booking form pops up looking like a stock SaaS product in blue and white. Trust quietly drops, and sometimes the booking with it.
Booking Form Theming gives you control over how the form looks inside your site. Set primary, secondary, accent, and text colors — a clean color picker, no CSS needed for 90% of cases. Upload the venue logo to appear inside the form. Pick the font family to match your site.
For the other 10% — designers who need to match a specific brand system — there's a raw CSS injection field. Override anything: spacing, border radii, typography scales, button hover states. The form still works, still validates, still submits — but it looks like an integral part of your website.
Multi-brand groups configure per venue. The Sofia trattoria can be warm reds, the Thessaloniki fine-dining spot can be black and gold, both running on the same Reservation.Tools backend.
