Table & Floor Plan

Combinable Tables

A group of ten walks in. Your biggest table fits six. You push two four-tops together and seat them — and then the booking system loses track of what's where. That's how double-bookings happen on busy Saturdays.

Each table in Reservation.Tools has a minimum and maximum party size. When a reservation is bigger than any single table can fit, the availability engine groups tables together to cover the party. The reservation is linked to all the joined tables at once — so every one of them shows as occupied on the floor plan and in the schedule.

It works for auto-assignment from online bookings and for manual seating when staff combine tables in person. The reservation stays intact. When guests leave, all the tables free up together.

No more guessing. No more "I thought table 12 was free." One party, one reservation, every combined table marked.
