Easy seating
On a busy shift, "where are we at?" is the most expensive question a manager can ask. If it takes three walks across the room and two conversations with servers to answer, you've lost money before dessert.
Reservation statuses turn that question into a glance. Each booking moves through states — confirmed, arrived, seated, paid, left — and every state has its own color on the floor plan. Green for seated, yellow for paid and about to leave, red for the 8pm party still at the door. One look tells you which tables are turning, which are running late, and where the next guest can go.
Status updates take one tap from any device. The host marks a party as arrived, the server marks them as paid — and everyone on the floor sees the same picture. No walkies, no paper lists, no "I thought you told them already."
For a 12-table venue or a 60-table venue, the outcome is the same: less noise, faster turns, more covers on the shift.
