If you already accept reservations through external booking platforms, every booking lands as an email in your inbox. Staff have to read each message, type the details into a system, and pray they don't miss one on a busy Friday night.
Reservation.Tools connects directly to your Gmail account. When a new reservation email from a supported booking platform arrives, we parse it, match the guest, and create the reservation for you — the same way an email from your website would.
You stay on the platforms you already use, but your staff stop re-typing bookings. Every reservation shows up in the same dashboard as your direct ones, with the correct source tag so you know where it came from.
Create messages, updates, and cancellations from those channels are all handled automatically. If the email changes the guest's time or party size, the reservation updates itself.
