Guest Spending Analytics & Auto-VIP
Your top 50 guests — as a report, not a hunch.
"Who are our best 50 guests?" is the question every marketing plan and every Saturday-night floor meeting runs into — and in most systems the answer is a hunch, not a report. The data exists, but it's split across the POS, the booking system, and someone's memory.
Guest Spending Analytics & Auto-VIP joins the POS data (via Ordering.Tools) with the reservation history so every guest profile shows lifetime spend, average ticket, visit frequency, last visit, and preferred day-part. Filter by spend band, by cadence, by section — the "top 50" query becomes one click.
Auto-VIP applies a tag when a guest crosses a threshold you set — €1,500 lifetime, 12 visits, €200 average. The tag lands on the profile and surfaces on every future reservation, so the hostess greets accordingly. Thresholds are venue-tunable: fine-dining numbers aren't bistro numbers.
Key benefits
Lifetime spend per guest
Sum of every POS ticket across every visit — visible on the guest profile.
Auto-VIP thresholds
Hit €1,500 lifetime or 12 visits? Tag applied automatically. Surface at next booking.
Segment for campaigns
Filter by spend band, frequency, last-visit gap — build targeted lists in seconds.
Visit cadence tracking
See who's slipping (no visit in 90 days, was monthly before) — retention before churn.
POS + reservation joined
No more reconciling two systems. Ordering.Tools feeds spend; reservations feed cadence.
