iCal Calendar Attachment in Confirmation

Half the guests who book on Tuesday for next Friday forget it by Wednesday. The confirmation email sat in their inbox unread. A calendar entry, on the other hand, pings them the morning of, the hour of, and sits visibly on their week.

iCal Calendar Attachment adds an .ics file to every confirmation email. The guest taps it on their phone, their default calendar opens and asks to add the event — done. The calendar title is the restaurant name, the location is the full address (with map link), and the description includes reservation details and any notes.

This is small, cheap to add, and noticeably reduces no-shows for advance bookings. Especially for corporate diners or tourists who live in their calendar — the reservation becomes part of their week's plan instead of an email they forgot.
