In-App Chat (Operator ↔ Guest)

Phone calls interrupt service. SMS goes to personal phones and disappears when the shift ends. Reservation.Tools has a dedicated chat channel tied to each reservation, so your team can message the guest about their booking — and see the reply — right inside the operator app.

Guest running late? Send them the new hold time. Guest asked about a high chair? Answer without calling. Need to move them to a different table? Tell them before they arrive.

Every message is attached to the reservation, so the next host on shift has the full context, not a phone full of texts someone else sent.
