Google Maps and Google Search Integration

Before anyone reads your website, they read your Google Business Profile. It's the panel that shows up on the right of a Google Search and at the top of Google Maps — with your hours, photos, phone, reviews, and ideally a Reserve a table button. Most restaurants have it. Few have it set up well.

Reservation.Tools plugs into your Business Profile so the operational data — hours, shift changes, holiday closures — stays consistent with what you've configured in the admin. When you mark a day closed in Reservation.Tools, Google sees it. When you change your shift times, the profile follows.

The integration also enables the Reserve a table action on Search and Maps (via Reserve with Google), so guests book from the same spot where they discovered you. No extra click to your website, no chance of getting distracted by a competitor listing.

For multi-location groups, the same rules apply per venue: each location's hours, photos, and bookable state are managed from one place, not ten Business Profile logins.
