Reservation Management

Internal Venue Events Calendar

Not every event in a venue is a reservation. The wine tasting on Wednesday from 6 to 8pm, the private corporate lunch in the back room, the kitchen team meeting before service — these aren't bookings but they affect the night. When staff open the reservation calendar, they need to see these at a glance, not find out from a manager shouting across the floor.

Internal Venue Events Calendar adds a separate layer of events to each date. The events are internal — they don't appear on the public booking form, they're not for guests — but anyone inside the venue with access to the reservation book sees them when they select that date. Title, description, start and end time, all there.

Use it for themed nights ("Greek wine week, menu changes"), private events that aren't fully fledged reservations yet ("corporate dinner — 20 people — contact Marina"), or operational markers ("early close at 23:00," "staff meeting 4pm"). It becomes the operational memory of the venue, shared across the team without extra notes or group chat spam.
