Menu Upsell & Pre-Order via Ordering.Tools
A reservation isn't just the table — it can be the starting point for a higher-value visit. A guest booking for two on a Friday night is also a guest who might add a €120 tasting menu, a €60 wine pairing, or a €30 chef's amuse in advance. Most systems let them book the table and leave the upsell to the server on the night. Too late, too hit-or-miss.
Menu Upsell turns the booking form into a storefront. Venues define sellable items — tasting menus, set menus, wine packages, seasonal specials — with price, description, and images. The items appear as an optional step in the booking flow, and anything the guest selects is reserved with their table. If a deposit rule is configured, the upsell value feeds into the deposit calculation.
After the booking, the reservation profile offers a pre-order link powered by Ordering.Tools. The guest can open the full menu and pre-order specific dishes to arrive at their table — useful for large parties wanting to speed service, or for guests with a complicated order they'd rather place in advance.
The financials flow into the same reports. Upsell revenue is broken out so you can see what each channel, each slot, each item actually contributes.
