Payments & Deposits

MyPOS Payment Gateway

Take deposits straight into your MyPOS merchant account — built for restaurants in Bulgaria, Greece, and across the EU

If you already have a MyPOS terminal or merchant account, Reservation.Tools plugs in directly. Guests enter their card on the reservation form, MyPOS processes the payment, and the money lands in the same merchant account you already use in the venue.

This is the same integration that lets Bulgarian and Greek restaurants take deposits without signing a new payment contract. One MyPOS account for the terminal and for online — one statement, one payout schedule, one bank.

You decide which time slots need a deposit. Friday night, 8-top bookings, New Year's Eve, the beach club bar on a DJ night — the slot rule scheduler attaches a payment requirement to any working-hours window, and the form enforces it. No deposit, no booking.

MyPOS supports Bulgarian lev (BGN), euro (EUR), and other EU currencies. Guests pay with Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro. Everything is tied to the reservation, so you see who paid what without opening a second app.

Key benefits

1

One merchant account for terminal and online

Use the same MyPOS account you already have in the venue. No separate contract for online deposits.

2

Payouts in BGN, EUR, or any MyPOS currency

Guests pay in the venue's currency. Payouts land in the matching account — no conversion surprises.

3

Deposits only on the shifts that need them

Attach a MyPOS deposit rule to Friday night, New Year's Eve, or any slot where no-shows cost you most. Quiet Tuesday lunch stays frictionless.

4

Tied to the reservation, not a separate system

Every MyPOS transaction sits on the reservation with status, amount, and MyPOS reference. No chasing statements to match bookings.

5

Made for EU restaurants

Built by the same MyPOS you already trust for in-venue payments. Familiar interface, familiar bank, same compliance.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect your MyPOS account

Enter your MyPOS shop credentials in the venue's payment integrations. The system verifies the account and activates the gateway.

  2. 02

Attach a deposit or fee to a time slot

In the slot rule scheduler, pick the shift and add a deposit rule — fixed amount, per person, or per area. Set a cancellation deadline.

  3. 03

    Guest pays on the form

When the guest books the flagged slot, the form redirects to MyPOS. Once the payment clears, the reservation is created.

  4. 04

Money lands in your MyPOS account

The transaction settles into your existing MyPOS merchant account on MyPOS' normal payout schedule.

  5. 05

See the payment on the reservation

The reservation shows the MyPOS transaction reference, amount, and status. Manual follow-up — if needed — is done in MyPOS.
