Online bank payments

Card fees eat into deposits for big-ticket reservations. A 3,000-euro private event with a 50% prepayment doesn't need to leave 50 euros on the table every time. For large parties, private events, and corporate bookings, bank transfer is often the method the guest prefers and the one that preserves the margin.

Online bank payments let you attach your bank details to a reservation and send them to the guest — email, SMS, or exported as an invoice. The guest transfers manually from their bank. When the funds arrive, you reconcile the transfer against the reservation inside the app and mark it paid. No separate spreadsheet. No sticky notes on the office wall.

Every bank-paid reservation stays in the same ledger as card and cash deposits, so the end-of-month view shows what came in, from whom, and against which booking.

Pair with card payments for flexibility: guest picks, restaurant wins either way.
