Private Events & Venue Bookings adds an event-shaped object to the reservation system. An event owns a floor section or the whole venue for a defined window. It carries a contact, a deposit, a guest headcount range, a menu selection, and notes that stay visible to kitchen and floor. From the moment the event is locked, the normal booking form stops offering those tables.

The organiser gets a summary and payment link; the kitchen gets the menu PDF; the hostess gets the run-sheet. One source of truth — the floor manager doesn't have to reconcile four places.
