Push Notifications

Reservation.Tools sends native web push and mobile push notifications to every logged-in staff member the moment something needs their attention. A new online reservation comes in during a rush, and the bar manager's phone buzzes before the printer finishes. A guest cancels the 8 pm window — the floor manager sees it and reopens the slot for walk-ins.

Delivered through OneSignal on the web and native APNs/FCM on iOS and Android, push works whether the operator app is open or not. No more refreshing the tablet every thirty seconds. No more missed bookings because someone was in the kitchen.
