Reserve with Google

When a guest searches your venue on Google, the first screen they see is the Business Profile — name, hours, photos, reviews. Most of them are ready to book right there. If there's no Reserve button, they leave the tab and usually the decision with it.

Reserve with Google is Google's partner program that puts a native Reserve a table button directly on your Search and Maps listing. Reservation.Tools is integrated with the program, so bookings made through Google flow straight into your dashboard with the same rules as every other channel.

The guest stays inside Google for the entire flow: pick a time, choose party size, submit. They never see a third-party interface, which is why conversion on this channel is consistently higher than linking out to an external form. Your live availability is checked in real time by Google before a slot is offered.

For venues in tourist-heavy cities, Reserve with Google captures demand that would otherwise go to a competitor with the same button — because Google surfaces bookable venues higher in its ranking for queries like "best restaurant near me".
