Rkeeper POS Integration
Rkeeper drives your floor plan. No double entry.
Reservation.Tools connects to Rkeeper so your floor plan reflects what is actually happening at the tables. When a waiter opens an order on a table code in Rkeeper, the matching reservation is linked and the table is marked as seated. When the order is closed, the table is freed.
The integration uses table codes to match orders with reservations, which means the operator does not have to tell the POS which booking is on which table — Rkeeper already knows the table, Reservation.Tools already knows the booking, and the two are reconciled automatically.
Configuration is done once per venue in the admin panel: Rkeeper domain, user, and password. After that, the sync runs in the background. Party size, start time and end time all come from the Rkeeper visit, so your daily reports match what the kitchen and bar served.

Tables free up on their own
When the bill is closed in Rkeeper, the reservation is closed in Reservation.Tools and the table is available for the next guest.

Party size, start and finish time come from the Rkeeper visit, so daily reports reflect what was really served.

How it works

Install the integration
In the admin panel, open the venue's Integrations section and install Rkeeper. Enter the Rkeeper domain, user, and password.

Map table codes
Make sure the table codes used in Rkeeper match the table codes on your Reservation.Tools floor plan. This is how orders and reservations find each other.

Activate the sync
Once activated, Reservation.Tools pulls new and updated orders from Rkeeper, converts them into floor-plan status updates, and links them to reservations.

Work normally
Your team uses Rkeeper the way they always have. Reservation.Tools updates tables, reservations and reports from what the POS reports.
